PARKYOGA in 代々木公園

外で気持ち良い空気を吸いながら ヨガを楽しみましょう🌞🧘🏼♀️
 

【時間】10:15〜11:30 

【場所】代々木公園 パノラマ広場（原宿門からまっすぐ歩いてきて、すぐの芝生です。）

【持ち物】ヨガマット、飲み物、タオル、レジャーシート（ヨガマットの下にひきたい場合）

【場所】¥1,500(現地支払い)

クラスはオールレベルです。 初心者の方もウェルカム！

チャレンジポーズも少しありますが、 無理せず挑戦を楽しみましょう。

ポジティブに楽しく生活していくには、そんなヒントも交えて、

前半には少しコミュニケーションを取りながら、 ヨガのクラスを進めていきます☺️

呼吸法についても少し触れていく予定です。
 程よいそこそこの運動量。 
身体の不調、歪みを整え、デトックス効果も！

雨天の場合の中止連絡は 当日の7時までにご連絡します☔️　

ヨガ後お時間ある方はランチorカフェでもしましょう♡

Let’s do yoga under the sun together!

The class is all level ;)
 Focus on yourself and full your mind full. There is a few challenge poses, since you move from one to another, it can be moderate exercise as well. Also good for develop a more balanced body!
